After logging into the website, open the Characters section to manage your characters.
Important: every action below requires the character to be offline (logged out of the game). If the character is still online, the action is rejected.
Reset character
Once you reach level 400 (max level) you can reset: the character goes back to level 1 but keeps its gear and added stat points. Resets are unlimited; your reset count shows on the rankings.
Clear PK
Killing other players repeatedly turns your character into a Player Killer (PK), which is restricted (barred from some NPCs/events, attacked by guards and players). Use Clear PK to return to normal.
Move to town
If your character gets stuck or cannot enter the game, use Move to town to warp it back to safe Lorencia.
Rename
Rename the character, up to 10 characters (letters and digits).
Delete character
Requires your security code (set at registration). This cannot be undone, so be careful.
